The machine waits for participants to ask a question which they are seeking insight into. It generates a responds using information collected through a series of sensors and a corresponding glove made of conductive fabric.

New audio tones are created by using a StyleGAN model trained on spectrograms from audio recorded at a ringing rock site in Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, the computer plays a recording and displays a spectrograph shape.

The spectrograms are then translated back into audio and played through a speaker. The newly generated tone is displays visually using a particle system inspired by oscilloscope visuals.
